Rock n' Roll Marathon
Rock 'n' Roll Marathon
Rock 'n' Roll Marathon General Information
The Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series makes running fun. Each year, more athletes participate in Rock ‘n’ Roll running events than any other running series in the United States. What started as a simple idea in 1998 – a marathon with bands along the course celebrating each participant – soon transformed the running landscape igniting the second running boom. While entertainment and the energy of a festival weekend define the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon series experience, runners have raised more than $310 million for participating charities shows our heart and soul.

Fall Rally South
Fall Rally South
Fall Rally South General Details
The Fall Rally event is three events in one: a fundraiser; a celebration of service and philanthropy; and a day of Key Club/Kiwanis Family fellowship. The proceeds from the ticket sales in addition to the funds raised through bake sales, car washes, Awake-athons, restaurant nights and more by Key Clubbers are donated on behalf of the respective divisions to support our CNH Kiwanis Foundation’s Pediatric Trauma Program (PTP). The fun and fellowship of this event will become golden memories of your member experience as a Kiwanis Family member.
One aspect of this event is the promotion of positive spirit as a means of celebrating the phenomenal work Key Clubbers have done in raising funds to support the CNH Kiwanis Pediatric Trauma Program. Remember that aggressive spirit battles are not representative of our organization’s core values. Good sportsmanship, support, and positivity are the only types of spirit that Key Clubbers should be bringing with them. One spirit stick per rally will be awarded. It is not about the size of the group or artificial noisemakers (which are not allowed) but the behavior, energy, and visual and auditory spirit of the group.
Another fun and exciting aspect of this rally is the Board Auction. The money raised by each division is used as credit during a live-bid auction for Board members.

R3 x R8 Candidate Training Conference
Candidate Training Conference
Candidate Training Conference (CTC)
The Candidate Training Conferences are for Key Club Members who are interested in being a candidate or a potential candidate for an office above the club level. CTC is an annual event where people who are interested in running for Lieutenant Governor participate in workshops and engage in breakout sessions to learn all the responsibilities of a Lieutenant Governor. You will be given the opportunity to talk with current Lt. Governors about their thoughts and experiences to give you offer you an idea on what to expect before you run.
This year, Division 1 will be participating in CTC together with Region 8 (Divisions 13N, 13S, 19N, 19S) and Region 3 (Divisions 4E, 4N, 4W, 30N, 30S, 41N, 41S). Attending CTC will also give you the opportunity to meet members who you may be working if you are elected as Lt. Governor. Although it is not mandatory by the entire district to attend CTC to run, I want to emphasize it is highly recommended and essentially necessary to attend CTC if you plan to run.

Interest In Candidacy

It is best that you decide as soon as possible because you will have more time to complete these task. Additionally, you must be a dues-paid Key Club member because the forms require that you know your Key Club Member ID Number.
